The Plan

In 1981, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruled that the state constitution provides a right to taxpayer-funded abortion for some women based on financial status. Our plan addresses this at its source.

First Step: Amend the Constitution

We will file a petition in August 2025 to amend the state constitution. This is the first step to stopping taxpayer-funded abortions.

The Goal: Empower the Legislature

This amendment removes public funding of abortion from the courts, making it an issue for the legislature to decide and laying the groundwork for future change.

How to Start: Collect Signatures

We need to collect 100,000 raw signatures to obtain 74,574 certified ones. The collection period is from mid-September to mid-November 2025.
